Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@jo.woodhouse.com.

Exchanges

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
